So much has been said about the free PayPal personal and business debit and credit express MasterCards including what they can do, how they help and others, but the question which many users ask themselves is how to to get them or one for him or herself. I am a PayPal user and to be honest, I don’t have such a card yet in-spite of having a verified account due to my own personal reasons but, how about you?
I know many of you out there who own personal or business PayPal accounts really want these cards right? And that is the reason as to why I am sharing with how how you can go about acquiring and or obtaining one for your personal use or one for business purposes. No time wasting, lets look at the steps involves and procedures you should follow in order to get your card.
1. In order to get started, you should have a PayPal account or willing to create one (its free) since its a pre-requirement for any one who wants to get either a personal or business credit or debit express MasterCard.
2. To be on a safer side, you need to verify your account since that is another step which qualifies you to be eligible to obtain such cards. The verification process is very simple and it requires you to link your credit/debit card or bank account. See this post for more details.
3. Once you are done, you may be or may not be required to verify your address and other information before being able to apply or as part of the approval process. You should provide all required and valid information so as to ensure that you are approved. A friend who attempted to create a PayPal account was required to verify an address as proof or residence. This may happen to you as well. Who knows.
4. Now that you are done with the above, all you will be remaining to do is to HIT on the application link which is available in your account (home) and providing any other basic information which may include your date of birth and annual income. You should as well and agree to the card’s terms and conditions.
You should note that your PayPal personal/business credit card (not debit one) will depend on so many factors some of which may include your credit score and history. And for the debit-card, this is easy for as long as you qualify since it helps you spend what is on your account and its funding sources.
Once your credit/debit card application is approved, it will be mailed to you within 7 to 10 business/working days after which you will be able to start using it.
