When it says to send an email to them with your photo ID it says that it sent me an email with the information…where is that email? Because I never received it. Also I would like a response back especially when all my information including social is being asked for.

How long did it take for your account to be approved? It’s been nearly a week since I sent my application and id, but every time I sign in the site says my account is pending approval.
The longer it takes depends on the number of applications they have on the desk and which am not sure. Others get approved shorty while others take weeks. It took only 3 days for this case.
