Usually, many internet service providers and carriers used to only support complete BIS and BES services which meant leaving out the majority of users out who wouldn’t afford paying for the high costly services and the end result being less people using Blackberry devices more especially the a low income earners.
That is why many simple and cheap internet bundles for Blackberry for example the BB social pack, One day BIS, weekly bundles and etc have been introduced by the different carries due to the increased demand and use of the device services although the different service providers have diffrent options for activating.
If you have been wondering how you can go about activating your Blackberry social pack so as to enjoy full functionalities of your device for example surfing social sites (like Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp), surfing other web pages like BBC news, access to your BB email account and etc, below you will find the step by step procedures to getting started whether you are activated to Airtel, UTL, MTN and ay other carrier.
1. Visit your carrier website and go to the BB services page activation. Usually, its found too in the FAQs page. You can alternatively call your carrier and ask for activation codes.
2. Power on your Device and enter the activation codes for example for Airtel, press *145*3*1# for BB social 1 day, *145*3*2# for 2 days and etc. If you want 10 days access, add 10# and click on send.
3. Reboot your device to initialize and activate changes. You are done.
