What is Domain forwarding? In simple terms, it is the process of any URL or link redirect to another web page or URL. The process occurs in two ways for example redirection without-masking and redirection with-masking.
Redirection without-masking is when a specific domain-link redirects to another with the one being redirected being visible while on the other hand, one with-masking never disclosed the target URL.
For those who have domain-names registered through Godaddy, below are the steps to follow when forwarding with-masking.
1. Log in to your account control and to manage domains.
2. Select the domain-name you want to redirect/mask and click on Forwarding.
3. Select with-masking under the drop down menu, enter the target link or URL or webpage and save. That’s all.
