Should You Blog Local? The Merits

When it comes to blogging, many people ask different questions. And among those questions, is whether to blog local, multi or even international. As far as i know basing on the time I have been blogging, each of the above has its own advantages or merits and the other side, which are the disadvantages.

In this post, I will share with you some if the merits local blogging may have over others. And yes, if you are into blogging already, and or wanting to join the blog industry, this post is one you should take note of, and read it thoroughly.

What is local blogging? In brief, local blogging is when one writes local articles, which can be about anything or topic of choice. Such can be about how to do things, how to get something, and many others.

Merits of Local blogging

1. Access to information in bulk – Having access to information needed in an article is key to success. Yes, blogging is another spy work since it requires one to know much before eventually sharing it. With local blogging, all such information required can easily be accessed to from local sources.

2.  Availability of what to write about – Yes, you get plenty to write about if your blog is local. Remember, writers write about what others are searching for e.g, how to process a driving license in your locality. There are lots of solutions you can turn into articles and which can help you produces lits if quality contents and a number of blog posts.

3. Local advertising – Blogging goes hand in hand with advertising. Yes, advertising helps one raise funds to keep the blog moving for example hosting fees, domain renewal and etc. Its easy to get local advertisers since they know who the target is.
