As far as i know basing on the time I have been blogging, each of the above has its own advantages or merits and the other side, which are the disadvantages.

What is local blogging? In brief, local blogging is when one writes local articles, which can be about anything or topic of choice. Such can be about how to do things, how to get something, and many others.
