Twitch Affiliate Program is available globally which means that anyone who meets the requirements can join and start earning revenue on their channels. Being a currently “invite only” program, becoming a Twitch Affiliate requires one to click on the “Get Started” link which shows up once one has been invited. The Get started link takes you to the Settings tab in the Dashboard, complete a short process and begin monetizing his or her channel with Bits.

Once one has completed the on-boarding processing using a two factor authenticator eg authy, the next steps is to provide some information about one including but not limited to basic and general, agreeing to the terms of the program, providing Amazon your tax information which requires completing of both Royalty and Service Tax Interviews (TIMS) and telling Twitch about your preferred payment option eg PayPal, Check, Wire or even Direct deposit.

Once one is well set, the next option is to begin earning using either of the available monetizing ways including Subscriptions for Affiliates, Cheering (with Bits) for Affiliates or even Game Sales Revenue for Affiliates, which either has its own how it works. – At least 500 total minutes broadcast in the last 30 days
– At least 7 unique broadcast days in the last 30 days
– An average of 3 concurrent viewers or more over the last 30 days
– At least 50 Followers

Within a few weeks after your channel becomes eligible, you will be invited via email, the Notification Area in the upper right corner of twitch.tv, and on the Dashboard live tab.
