Our thoughts and beliefs create are what create our reality, if you look at everything with a negative mindset you will find negativity if you keep a positive mental attitude you will find positivity.

Regardless of quantum laws, it is common sense that by thinking more positively you will attract more positivity into your life. If you are looking for flaws in yourself or an event. How many flaws do you think you will you find? How many flaws will you imagine? If you were to instead only look for the positive aspects of yourself or your situation, how many flaws would you find? If you become more positive do you see how your life will improve?
If you find yourself in a challenging situation try looking for the positives in that situation and you will see how the situation itself changes, by looking for the positives you will be able to manage yourself and the situation better.
The Attitude of Gratitude
To make your life better you need to make yourself better, if you do nothing and wait for things to improve all by themselves the chances are they won’t. That doesn’t mean you should be miserable with what you have. Every night before bed you should take a few moments to reflect on the day and consider all the events you are grateful for, look at all the days good and bad events from all angles, consider how they have benefited you. It is always possible to find a benefit in any situation regardless of what it is, difficult situations help us grow as human beings. Practicing gratitude will instantly transform your mindset, you will stop seeing problems and start finding solutions. Complaining solves nothing.
Visualize what you want and how you want your life to be if you want a big house visualize yourself living in that house. By visualizing who you want to be and where you want to go you will find yourself moving toward your goals much more quickly and most importantly, you will start to feel better in the present. The law of attraction tells us that everything is just energy and all we need to do to get what we want is increase our vibration, we need to feel like we have already achieved our desires and become who we want to be.
Research suggests that our minds cannot tell the difference between what we imagine to be real and what is real. When we effectively visualize what we want to happen we are able to keep a positive mental attitude and move closer to our goals. To make visualization as effective as possible you should become truly immersed in the experience, you should be able to smell, touch and feel the success you want.
