Did you know that God created man to feed on raw foods other than cooked ones? Did you know that cooking certain foods makes them to have no value for your body? I myself never knew this not until I was advised by the doctor to start feeding much on certain raw foods on an everyday basis as that would help in boosting my body immunity so as to make the body start fighting on its own.

Raw foods like onions, carrots, tomatoes, red pepper, green pepper and many others by making them part of your daily diet can help you grow a healthy life and body for a better living. It is important to start your digestion on them as that helps your body to consume the natural values contained other than starting on cooked foods.
