  • Swipe from the right side edge of the screen while on lock screen.
  • Key in an incorrect password 5 times.
  • Tap reset to reset your device to factory defaults.

Please note that you will be prompted to enter your Amazon account details at some point. If forgot your Amazon account details, use the forgot account option so as to reset it.
