1. Upon three months before the expiry date, Payoneer will send you a notification about your Card expiration date and a link will be included to access the renew card request. This mail is sent to your Payoneer account registered email. But in case you miss it, then do step 2 below.
2. Log into your account as usual and click on the link “your card will expire on X/XXXX, input all required verification details details like your 16 digit card number, date of birth and password. Confirm if your shipping address matches your current address and any other relevant information and then hit on “reissue card”.
3. Then head to the top and navigate to the Card ending 000 and track your status. Please note that after approval, the numbers will change and your status message too will change. You will be able to see your expected free card delivery date upon which you will be required to verify it by way of entering the 16 digit card number and activating your card.
But wait, what if you can’t find the order new card option? In such cases, you will need to contact Payoneer customer service and the issue will be resolved. Mine was ordered back end by the customer service representative.
How to activate a Payoneer EURO / USD Mastercard (VCC/Plastic)
Let me show you how to activate a payoneer euro / usd mastercard assuming you have already applied for it and received it regardless of whether its a virtual (vcc) or a plastic card.
So in this one, we will simply look on how to Activate A Payoneer Euro / USD MasterCard whether its one linked to your US Payment or Euro Payment service.
You should note that before you start to make use of your Payoneer-bank account linked cards, you are required to activate them and a process which can only be done once you get your plastic or virtual cards, which are mailed to your mailing address and or emailed to your email address depending on the kind and type you decide on.

- Log into or create your account using your registered email address and password

- Wait for page to reload, copy and paste or type in your 16 digit card number, agree to terms and hit Activate. You are done.

How can get a new payoneer card after expiration being that my balance is $0. The site told me “Please note: If your card doesn’t have balance and hasn’t been used for a longer period of time, you will not see an option to order a new card. ” So how can i get around this?
