Google Webmaster Tools Site Map Submission
1. Visit www.google.com/webmaster and log in using your Google account.
2. Click on Add a site, enter your Website/Blog URL and hot submit.
3. Choose your preferred verification method for example through Meta Tag, through DNS or any other, copy the code provided, paste it as instructed on your website and hit verify.
4. Once you are done, click on Site Map or go to Crawl, site map and click Add Site Map.

Bing/Yahoo Webmaster Tools Site Map Submission
1. Visit www.bing.com/webmaster and log in using your Live, Outlook, Hotmail and any other Microsoft supported account.

3. The difference between Bing and Google is that you will be required to Add your website Site Map on registration with an option to add another later.
