How To White-List (Filter) An Email Contact In Amazon Kindle

The White-listing feature in Amazon Kindle allows you to filter and add any specified email address or contact in your Approved list which can send files to your application. This is done to ensure that only approved and or known files are sent and received by the recipient as it helps in eliminating the possibility of receiving dangerous files which may contain viruses and or for any other reason one may have.

The issue of adding an email address to ones application approved list or filtered or white-list makes many users wonder how to get started and which is why in this simple post, I will take you through the steps you need to do in order to go about adding any of your preferred contacts like you may wish to.

Steps To Follow To Get Started – Adding A WhiteList

1. Log in to your Amazon Account using your log in credentials.

2. Go to Manage Your Content and Devices and then to Settings.

3. Go to Personal Document Settings and then to Approved Personal Document List.

4. Click on Add a new approved e-mail address and add any email you want to.

Save by hitting on Add address and you will be done.
