USPS facility in CHICAGO, IL 60666 seems to be another long waiting place when it comes to items or deliveries in transit to countries outside the United States. Yes, I have witnessed this too and I admit that if one isn’t patient enough, one can start thinking that the package, product, item, parcel or anything in transit is stuck at this point.
Just like it commonly happens at the USPS facility in JAMAICA, NY 11430 where packages can take up to 10 days or even more at this point for those who used the First class shipping option regardless of where you made a purchase from, the same looks to be the case with CHICAGO.
I have tested this at least and am a witness. This being the second time where my shipments have over delayed at either USPS facility in CHICAGO, IL 60666 or USPS facility in JAMAICA, NY 11430, my answer is to use an expensive option which delivers in time than using an option which takes decades.
I know many of you are wondering what exactly to do to speed up the shipment from these points right? The real fact basing on what I have gone through is none other than waiting. Waiting until the package is shipped from this point to its destination is the only answer since that will determine how many other days, weeks or even months you should wait.
Cant imagine that even at the time of writing this post, my package which was shipped way back September on 29th has never arrived at the waiting point even after they said it would take 7 weeks or so. Yes, this is the power of using a non worldwide tracking shipping option.
If you indeed want to track your items to the destination, then you have to use another Shipping class of USPS or even use a different courier which is likely to be expensive. This is the solution to this “Your item arrived at our USPS facility in CHICAGO, IL 60666 on date. The item is currently in transit to the destination”..
