Review – Is It Safe Or Not?

Have you ever heard of MyBlogGuest or happened to hear about what they do? This is my personal based review about the their service basing on what I found out and which I believe that by the time you go through it entirely, you will be able to know everything you might be wanting to from what it is to how it works and then make a decision on whether its worth safe or not safe to use for your article needs. is a service which allows blog/website owners to get free contents for their sites while at the same time helping content writers to get sites where they can post their written posts in the various categories supported by the MyBlogGuest network.

If you are a Blog owner who is in short of articles to publish and or a content writer who is looking for blogs to publish your posts, My Blog Guest is one other provider in addition to others like Free Guest Posts and others where you can get started and below are part of what you need to know in order to make your decision of joining or not.

How Do You Get Started On

Getting started is so simple. All you need is to visit the website, create an account, verify your email address, add your blog or website, verify your site, install a plugin for WordPress owners and start searching for articles and requesting them.

How Do You Add & Verify Your Blog/Website?

Adding your Blog is easy. You need to log in and click on add sites, enter your website URL, name and save it. To verify, you will need to choose an option to use for example meta tag verification, email and or plugin verification or manual way. And once you are verified, you can get started with requesting articles using the get this article feature accessed by logging in to your my blog guest account directly or using the plugin menu installed on your website.

What Are The Approval Requirements?

Anyone is free to join but for your blog or website to be accepted, it has to be of page rank or PR2 and above. This means that people who have just started up blogs have higher chances of having their blogs and sites rejected and which is one negative side of the service.

The PROS – Advantages – Positive Side

For people including freelancer writers who are looking for where to publish their sponsored articles, MyBlogGuest has a big number of blogs where one can do that provided an article is kept as required. And to blog owners who are looking out for contents, they can get any number of posts they want for free.

The Cons РDisadvantages  РNegatives Side

Firstly, blog owners are most likely to be forced on posting articles with a number of unwanted links since its a rule – no post editing without authorization from the content author unless you are given permission.

Secondly, blog owners might end up having to publish contents which they don’t like assuming one doesn’t know how to search for a good article for example, an article with no more than a certain number of links.

Thirdly, blog owners end up linking to bad neighbors in the name of authoritative and bio information links and which one is not allowed to remove.

Fourthly, all articles are signed with two bio information for example the guest author bio and the blog owner bio and which means too many links in a single post for example Two different Twitter links, Two different Google plus links and others.

Fifthly, blog owners who run third party advertising services are most likely rejected when they do write article requests with a reason being more ads – This makes me wonder why that can turn to be a concern when rejecting an article request.

The network only favors blogs which PR2 and above thus meaning that new sites cant get free articles to post.

Freebie:- It's free and designed for you! Claim yours here now

Blog owners are more likely to end up receiving bad traffic for example traffic in frames since most of the articles are sponsored and their sponsors will use URL and keyword testers to verify those URL’s and etc.

Is It Safe Or Not To Join My Blog Guest?

Personally, I can’t say that is safe or not to join but what I know is that if you really want free articles for your site or want to publish your ready articles, you can join and make use of what is offered. The decision on the above is something which bases on a personal view other than a generalized one since many people tend to see similar things differently as opposed to others just like the old saying that “one mans meat may be another mans poison”.

Conclusion: While it is safe to use the services offered on site,  taking the above into account can help you to determine many things before you get started for example whether your blog qualifies or not, taking time to search for articles of your choice and many others. The above is based on my own personal findings other than on a general view. Any one else can come up with a different story other than the above and in case you are a my blog guest user, feel free to share how you see things.

As of now, MBG still asking for $50/month for their pro service which I think is way too expensive. If they can lower down the price to #5/month I would think that’s more reasonable.

Do you mind if I quote a couple of your articles as long as I provide
credit and sources back to your site? My blog is in the
exact same area of interest as yours and my users would truly benefit from a lot of the information you present here.
Please let me know if this okay with you.
    Thanks a lot!

Unfortunately you missed the whole point: Blog owners are never forced to publish anything! the can reject any article or discuss article edits with the writer (which is only fair)

You are so right but, I never missed anything like you mentioned. Its upon approval from the post author that you will have to make any edits but worst of all, no author is willing to have his or her bio info scrapped off his or her written post :). Most articles contain too many links and which is why I mentioned that for those who don’t know how search the best articles, they might end up posting what they may otherwise haven’t but still, its upon ones choice.
