On step two of the Payoneer signing up process in the field requiring your address, a drop-down box appears with the message that “P. O. Box addresses are NOT allowed”. So what are we to do here in Uganda where we don’t work by street addresses? (and if you don’t enter a proper Street address the system does not let you continue on to step three: that’s my experience, anyway)

I need you to tell me how I can actually get my Payoneer card after I have signed up coz I can order for the card without funds on my account. How can I find my account without doing the online jobs coz it’s actually not easy getting those Jobs especially if you’re from Africa

Betty, previously it was possible to get a Card minus having money on. But Payoneer changed the terms and for now, you must receive money onto your account in order for the Order a card button to become active.

I am scared, you have to must work online, get paid, have money and order the card. Besides, the card is of no use without having funds on it or without you having online work which can bring in money.

Being from Africa shouldn’t be an excuse since many people including me earn online yet we are from the same continent. All you need is to find a trustable provider and start working. You will be able to make it and be able to get a Card.

If you can’t work, then drop the idea.
