The CaLP is looking for a consultant to provide support and facilitation services for a 2-day Global Learning Event in Senegal. It is anticipated that this Learning Event will include 2 days of presentations by key speakers / Cash and Livelihoods practitioners and some discussion groups.

The consultant will work in close conjunction with CALP organisers of the event, primarily CALP Capacity Building Project Manager and CALP Regional Focal Point for West Africa, as well as linking with staff working on the parallel event being held in Nicaragua.

Please note this event will be in FRENCH


  • Applicants should have traceable referees and records of previous work on Cash Transfer Programming, and Livelihoods.
  • Knowledge and experience of the region where the Learning Event will be held.
  • Strong facilitation skills relating to trainings and workshops.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
