Launched in April 2017, the Tecno i3 pro is another great device by Tecno-Mobile. It features lots of high end specifications and sold at amazing offers. In this review, I bring to you the Teco i3 pro full features, specifications, what is good about it, what is bad, things you need to know and its price in India and in Uganda.
If you have been looking out for a Fresh new Tecno brand made phone just released, the i3 pro might be one of those devices you might consider trying out. By being just released in India, people in all other countries shouldn’t get worried of missing it, the brand will soon be rolled out to all other markets eg in Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, Rwanda and anywhere else for you to enjoy. Hardware and software features
The Tecno i3 pro is build of a 1.3GHz quad-core, MediaTek MT6737 processor, runs on Android 7.0 operating system, has HiOS skin, has up to 3GB RAM, 16GB internal storage with an expandable memory of up to 128GB. Yes, taking a look at these is enough to tell what you exepect when it comes to speed and operation. No lagging with ability to handle multiple processes at the same time.
Size, display, camera and sensors
The Tecno i3 pro features a 5 inches screen size, is touchscreen and has a resolution of 720×1280 pixels. It has both a rear camera and front camera at 8-megapixel. It too supports both proximity sensor and ambient light sensor. It is in dimensions of 142.75 x 70.50 x 7.90. The screen size is enough to give you a clear view on whatever you are doing being browsing the internet, enjoying your favorite applications, watching movies and etc. Trust me, the 8 megapixel camera will turn you into a professional photographer due to the quality of images, photos and videos taken using this smartphone.
Network and connectivity
The Tecno i3 pro supports a full range of connectivity services which includes; Wi-Fi, GPS and Headphones. It supports both GSM, WCDMA, 3G and 4G LTE networks, on all the 2 Nano-SIM Card slots. You don;t have to worry about slow downloads or uploads. As we all know, 4G LTE is super faster and thus being supported means lots of speeds. Additionally, you get internet access in WiFi hotspots, can enjoy your own music without interrupting others with noise and can navigate locations using GPS easily. Besides, you are able to use 2 lines of different or same networks as per choice for example MTN Uganda and Airtel Uganda.
Additional features
The Tecno i3 pro has a non removable battery of 3050mAh capacity, and too comes in many colors including Champagne Gold, Sky Black, Space Grey. You are on a sure deal of long hours talktime while at the same time using your Android. With this device, you are able to stream videos using YouTube, connect your Google account, download and install all applications and do much more.
Tecno i3 pro price in India, Uganda and the rest
This smartphone goes for Rs 9,990 in India the cheapest, while in Uganda at UGX N/A. Finding the price of this mobile in your country is easy, you can simply use the current exchange rate and convert Indian price into your country’s currency eg converting Rs 9,990 brings it to UGX 558994.72 for those in Uganda.
What I don’t like about Tecno i3 pro
This device has a non removable battery. This makes it hard for one to get use another battery just in case of outages. Camera flash is not supported too. It has no NFC, FM radio, Compass, Magnetometer, Accelerometer, Temperaure sensor, Barometer, Gyroscope and Infrared.
