A TIN number is mandatory since its required when it comes to your ta needs and obligations. Like you see the forms below, all you need is to download them and fill them simple. Form DT-1002 for Company or Business (Non Individual Tin number).
In order to get started, you will need to download the form dt 1002 from the URA web portal under downloads, fill it and submit it as indicated. Below is a sample form you will download.
Please note that you should submit with all other requirements as indicated on the form you download.
