The Oasis Branch of Equity Bank Uganda has been effective today closed for public access. Clients have been advised to get services from other branches across the country until the situation is resolved.

With a number of branches across Kampala and other regions across the country including a network of ATM locations and agent bank services, Equity Bank clients can continue to transact without any interference for services like deposits, withdraws, bill payments, EFT transfers, school fees payments etc.

Here is a detailed official announcement from Equity bank Uganda effecting the suspension of Oasis Branch.

“Dear Customer, Oasis branch is temporarily closed due to flooding in the area. Our team is working to resolve the situation. We will reopen as soon as it is safe to conduct business. For urgent assistance, call 0800232700-Toll free”.

According to the message above, the reasons for the temporary closure is due to today’s floods due to the heavy rain downpour that affected the bank and other parts of the city.

If you were travelling to the Oasis Branch, you are therefore advised to use other branches including Kisenyi Ovino mall, Katwe branch, Kampala road, Nakivubo and others.
