URA New, Learners, Provisional, Exchange, Extension & Duplicate Driving Permit Application Form – TR VII

Planning to apply for a new driving permit in Uganda? Or you simply want to process a duplicate drivers license for any reason you may be having? How about applying for a learners permit, Duplicate, Provisional, Extension, Exchange or a full one – the very first process towards getting your on road worthy?

Regardless of what you may need, you will be required to fill in the below application forms since its the only gateway to starting your cruising experience.

Driving is good when one has the road user requirements as per traffic rules. And a good driver is one who bears all the required documents as per the road safety and traffic rules regardless of the country where is driving or planning to drive from.

You can download these forms as seen below from their web portal. You will need to download the below form from the portal, fill it in, attach any other detail as required.

UPDATE : This form is no longer valid. You only need to submit the URA medical form and you are done.
