Driving is good when one has the road user requirements as per traffic rules. And a good driver is one who bears all the required documents as per the road safety and traffic rules regardless of the country where is driving or planning to drive from.

You can download these forms as seen below from their web portal. You will need to download the below form from the portal, fill it in, attach any other detail as required.

UPDATE : Form TR VII was replaced with the above form ever since UDLS took over from Face Technologies. You only need to submit the UDLS application form and you are done.
