1. Visit Uganda Revenue Authority web portal.

3. Select Individual Registration and new form.
4. Select your validated file and upload it, fill capatcha and accept terms.
You are done. Nothing else. You can then head to printing a copy of your uploaded forms which you should take to any URA nearest branch office.
