Is Techobible.com legit or scam?

I will be very honest on this. Though I have an account on the site, I am still far from earning the required minimum amount to qualify for payment. And as I personally take it, a payimng site is considered to be legit while a non paying site is likely to be scam. Since am working, I will definately share back here letting you know my final verdict once I cash out.

However, certain issues makes me feel not 100% safe here. The site is ever off and on. It is likely to take one decades to reach the minimum cashout which can be time consuming. Also, there is little information about the site, which makes many we refer not to join just for that.
